求解答：UNC的recommendation中的问题有一个是：Please use the space below to elaborate on the applicant’s qualifications?
不是很清楚这个是要些什么呢？资格证书？还是个人品质？

就是你qualify的地方啊，证书当然不需要推荐人来写。。

Hello there,
No need to send any certificates.  It’s just a question that is like “Do you have anything else you want to tell us”. And if your recommender would write one more nice thing there, it would be great!
