I was in your shoes several years ago. I came to Canada in 2012 to do my MBA, graduated in 2014 and have been working in Accounting field in Canada since graduation. With your background, you can choose any MBA program in Canada. It will be advantageous for you to choose a program that allows you to pursue Canada CPA. If you already have Canada CPA, Ivey's one year problem with a focus on strategy and general management will augment your accounting skills. Career opportunity prospect in Canada can't be compared to that of USA, but it is indeed easier to get permanent residence in Canada. Up to you to decide.

30 Isn’t old!!! 30 is totally fine for B-school!
And I have good news for you - since your goal is to go to Canada you will have an easier time than many of your peers applying to US schools. I think with your profile you can simply apply to all the Top programs in Canada with good chances of getting in.
