托福分数不够的话，怎么办？

Simplest method = take it again.
Get a decent mark in it (like 100+, or at least 90+) before you really apply for any school.

A low TOFEL will be not only a problem for admission, but also an big warning that you cannot handle the oversea study, and the language environment.

Well the TOEFL requirements are not a hard cutoff, but if you have an 80, you will need to retake because with a score so low, the schools will be worried about your capacity to communicate in English. So I’m crossing my fingers and hoping you are getting a better score. If it’s 95 and above, then schools ranked 30-50 are fine. And if you DO get an 80, don’t despair, but DO retake and delay your application for a year.
