Well your background is pretty unique and cool, so let’s call it an advantage Of course it depends on how you USE it to your advantage. Like in explaining what you want to DO after business school. But being unique, especially when coming from China is ALWAYS an advantage!!!

Thanks!! I've learned a lot from your previous sharings~
I want to work in high-tech/entertainment industry after MBA, and especially interested in new media technologies and film marketing : )
HBS is great, but my friend there says she could hardly find networking resources in entertainment industry there : (

California appeals to me most, Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA, USC are all great...Are there any other universities or cities you would suggest?

Hey yeah,
So if you want to get into film/media it basically has to be New York or California - NYU, Columbia, UCLA, USC… maybe Haas. Austin also has a booming media and film scene (and a great film school). And since in the industry contacts are everything…
