主句用现在完成时，后面没有任何过去的Time marker, to pusure 后面的从句为啥能用过去完成时呢had not previuosly considered...？我一上来就先把时态作为split，把ABC排除了
已经解决：后来好像是在MHT forum上看到如果主句是完成时，那也是个和过去完成时的time marker. 因为现在完成时表明动作在过去已经完成，那在这个动作以前的动作当然是过去的过去
