3。A主句后面有动词are所以之前只是一个主语

1，B怎么会是同位语呢？？？

3，无论A还是C，他们的主句都可以适用ARE呀

2. be to do sth. is a phrase.  The adverb "frequently" is correctly used here, since "Salamanders are frequent" doesn't make any sense.
