商学院essay 一个问题 思路征集。麻烦大家了，我总是觉得不够完善

The study groups will challenge students by testing their ability to work with academically and culturally diverse people and to play different roles within these teams. What strengths will you bring to your team and what qualities will you need to improve in order to be a valued team member? Feel free to use a real example to illustrate your thoughts. （300words）

麻烦大家给个思路或者逻辑构架。我心里没有这个，所以怎么也觉得写不好。

strengths 从你的经历说到你的能力，我举例，比如说从你的实习中，你就可以说你的具体例子，然后可以bridge到你的Client Relationship Management Skills，这个就会是你能贡献给团队的优势。
又或者，你在ibd或者trading实习，你对市场的敏感度，你的数字直觉，你对金融宏观经济的分析能力，甚至你用得一手好excel屁屁踢，这些都可以变成你的优势。总之简单来讲就是用你实质的经历作为例子，去说服别人你可以给团队带来这些那些影响或贡献。

qualities 说你的soft skill，比如你的leadership，Teamwork skill，interpersonal skill，Attention to details的能力等等。
