I think TOEFL 105+ will be enough. Problem is, you don't seem to have enough leader experience that would be competitive for an MBA. So top 15-25 would be a good choice for you, but don't expect too much.

What easyandme said is misleading. Leadership doesn't mean you have to be a manager. Instead, it means how you could influence and motivate people around you whether you are a financial analyst, engineer, consultant or something else. There must be countless moments you could tell to demonstrate your leadership over the past four years. Hope it helps.

1，基于lz的career goal，想去Banking或者Consulting就得想办法去S16，比如Banking可以考虑Wharton/Chicago/CBS/NYU/Yale/Cornell，Consulting可以考虑Kellogg/Tuck/Michigan/Darden/Duke，这些学校在帮助lz实现career goal的角度会比后面的学校有显著优势
2，从lz目前的情况来看，lz的G低于中国同学录取S16的平均水平-730，建议lz去刷分

感觉考CPA都没心思了，一心想着拿个offer
