A, similar to形容词短语只能修饰名词, 如果前面有its way is,就没错了.但显重复, 不符合GMAT的要求.
B,similarly to ,没有这种用法.
C, LIKE只用于名词和名词短语之间的比较.
D, 虽然用了AS, 但AS引导的应该是比较状语从句,不是这里明显不是句子.
E, 正确答案.完整的AS从句.

不知道你读过LZM的语法书没有, 里面有一章专门关于名词的修饰.

另外, 从AB句比较来看, A明显繁琐, 不如B简洁. 而且, 一个句字出现2个THAT不太好, 读起来就不流畅.
