B选项的结构：A would more than double the B.

我觉得 would如果不能做谓语的话，主语A好像缺少谓语动词

这个题首先肯定是用that，CDE杀，double不能被动杀掉A，剩下B。
至于B选项，理解一下意思，之前说的是expectation，所以用would并没有少什么

嗯嗯，同意用虚拟语气would。
我的意思是，B选项： personal spending in the July–September quarter would more than double that of the 1.4 percent growth rate in personal spending for the previous quarter   这句话的结构是：A would more than double the B ， would是情态动词，不能做谓语，那么主语就没有谓语了啊？

double是动词， more than修饰动词，表示非常的意思。more than可以修饰动词double

A选项哪里是被动？？？连Be动词都没有，顶多是past tense不合适，还有是因为that of 结构使得比较对象不明确而排除吧
