读MBA，最好不好考虑年龄问题，20多岁的年龄，多想想职业发展，一个能申请到顶级商学院的合适的时机，最好。瞻前顾后想些旁的东西，只会令自己迷失。

如果诚心实意想学东西的话，可能再工作几年是个比较好的选择，因为工作经验不足的时候，其实也不清楚自己到底缺什么想补什么，并不能最好地利用商学院的资源。如果是考虑国内的人脉和资源的话，中欧可能也是个不错的选择。无论如何不理解为什么要读水项目，lz又不缺国外的经历，那是浪费自己的时间啊。

本来也是考虑在工作几年，这样就可以申请M7这样比较顶尖的学校。只是时间成本有点高，而且未来回国十之八九不从事现在工作的领域。想着可以早点接触创业和管理，到时候认清不足，可以对应选择再深造的学校。水的项目是相对于顶尖商学院而言相对水一点的项目。毕竟工作经验短，直接申请好项目应该不容易呀

您的意思是踏实把现在的事儿做好，等攒够经验去读个顶尖商学院吗？主要的考虑一个是确实想回国，第二、回国初期有一定平台可以尝试，所以想早点把握机会。

MBA真的不是仅仅去读读书而已的事情。

Hello there,
Well let me start by saying that since your family has a huge business presumably one you will take over, an MBA is really perfect for you. Actually I think that you should go for the best MBA possible, and since your business is quite big, your profile may be very attractive to them. You still do need some work experience, which you could get either in the US or China or anywhere (you could even work for the family business if you so desire) but if your goal is to take the family business over after your father or whoever and lead it to become bigger and better, you should pursue jobs that will teach you things which would allow you to do that.
