不可数名词用and连接后谓语用单数还是复数？

那如果是 A（不可数名词）orB（可数且复数）呢，谓语是跟A还是B？

there be 有就近原则，靠近的名词是单数还是复数决定be动词

这个不一定吧, 如果两个不可数名词表示概念相同的话, 后面用单数, 比如Bread and loaf当表达生活所需食物的时候, 用单数, 高中时候学的了, 记忆不深刻了, 但是绝对存在这种可能, 可数名词也是一个道理, 比如当表示一个人有两种职务的时候.

不好意思 关于最先的问题 我认为是There is water and iron 我稍微用Google查一下 有几个例子  1)Inside the steam locomotive there is wafer and a fire to heat the water to make the steam. 2) Be situated in places where there is water and markets.  如果不对还请mm指导

i wonder there is no solid rule to say "there be"sentence, it would be better to pose some examples to dicuss,right?
