D不對的原因在於

句意上的模糊

也就是題目要說800萬人數相等於四年來註冊於大學人數的量,而不是註冊的數量

另外,D的as many as,這裡的as是表連接詞,所以後面要接主謂,光接一個enrollment引導的名詞詞組不對

-->所以有時候as ...as(表關代)如E

                          as....as(表連接詞)如D???

不知道我的理解是否有錯

D的错误不在于是否跟注册于大学的量比还是跟注册的数量比，而是它把人和数量比了，因此无论D改成哪种数量，比较对象都是不对等的。
