1.To some extents, electronic surveillance cameras comfort and benifit the public. For example, in many bank, some electronic surveillance facilities are apllied to control and trace what happen everyday, a lot of authorization use it as a way to prevent criminal issue.

2.But this cameras should be located in a proper place.Only this facility does not intrude people private life could it be accepted by the publlic. For example, some cammeras are positioned in a private place of some hotel to trace the customer's behavior.That is totally refused...(i don't know whether it is good to cite this in AWA)

个人认为不是很好，因为题目中明确-all public areas，not 'the private place',

补充一点：what the electronic surveillance cameras recorded should be properly kept,should not access to the intentional violation of people's privacy.
