关于Cornell Johnson的one year program

想问一问CD的大牛们，是否有人对Cornell的one year MBA program比较了解？ 这个program的career service怎么样？ 和two year program比起来找工作的情况如何呢？

楼主是美国CPA，有美国绿卡，之前在美国中型制造业上市公司做financial analyst四年，后来回国在二线城市的地产公司做地产项目投资管理。现在打算回美国，career goal是进500强的rotational trainee program.

想请教大家这样的情况申请cornell的one year program, 毕业后实现短期career goal的可能性多大？

试着在美国直接找工作呗，一年的mba出来也是两年后了，这种rotation的也不是特别senior的职位，你现在直接找过两年也不会差太多吧

现在回去可能只能找一个senior accountant或者senior analyst，但是不太可能是大公司好program, 所以在思考是不是应该还是利用campus recruiting去找。。

如果你target投行或者咨询，或者pevc，倒是mba挺适合你
如果你还是企业（而且是回美国），我觉得mba给你的帮助没那么大

rotation trainee program是不是对过往的工作经验有最高年限的要求？我毕业后第一份工作是外资银行Management Trainee，当时申请这个岗位有个要求是工作经验不超过2年。

Hello there!
Cornell’s one-year program is excellent. It’s one of the top two one-year programs in the US (along with Kellogg). You are right that it is a bit easier to find a job in a  two-year program (because you have that internship and that summer between). But you can also make up for the disadvantage by working harder on your networking and job search. So it is a  great program if you are ready to do that.
