praising is important, but author neglects the importance of providing constructive feedbacks.
1. Praising can make the employee feel recognized, valued. blabla...
2. Constructive is equally important, it can help employee improve... blabla... in addition, without it, the employee may feel complacent
3. it should not only be criticizing, it should aim to help the employee improve.
In sum, need a balanced approach
