Topic: Do you agree or disgree with the following statement? Parents are the best teachers.Use specific reasons and example to support your answer.
Now people pay much more attention to their children's education. They want to culture them to be excellent persons in the world, but they didn't reconigize that the best teachers are themselves. Consequently, I support the idea that parents are the best teachers.
For example, when I was young, I saw exerything around the world curiously. I did it as what my parents told me. That no reason for why I to do so. Just for me that I should do it like that. In people's growth, this kind of situations often happen. In children's heart, they don't know to tell right from wrong at all natively. They enly know that "my father or my mother told me so." So we can say that's the teachers there for. Parents-the teach me how to eat, walk, ride bicycle repair things that I can do by myself.
Usually children learnt things by watching their parents do. There is a example on TV. A litle boy saw that his mother take care of his grand mother and wash his grandma's feet. When his mother come home , the boy is mot playing the toys like often , but with a basin full of water, walks to her . Because the basin in too full and heavy for so little boy, the boy walk being a strain, he says"mom, I'll wash your feet." We can notice that his mother use what she do teaches his child to be reapect to old men. This kind of teaching is deeply and never given up in children's mind . So what people do influences their children every moment.
Though , in school the teachers can teach children know ledge step by step. But they donnot suit for every child
The only best teacher is their parents. |
