我可以判断出答案，也看了原来的提问帖。不过还是想请教一下，想上面那种带 being 的选项，什么时候对？经常看到这样的选项，但是不知道什么时候应该用 being 呢？拜谢。

一般而言， being + verb. 错。

但是， perp. + being 就不一定错；however, 在 prep. 后名词优于动名词，所以有名词的时候不选有being 的。

在GWD,天山，OG，princeton,大全中出现过的being对的选项，如果我没有遗漏的话只有两种：the chance of being, the distinction of being ，当然，不排除我年纪大了记忆力失调的可能性。

Being正确情况还有一种，就是介词短语（of/in)+being+过去分词，其实等于介词短语+被动式，be动词要保留，形式只能是being. OG里面有一道，不过5个选项都是有being的。考试中这样的形式有可能对的。
