那你觉得LSE的管理lz申请可能大吗？lz申请其实是偏管理的，金融竞争太大学校重要。
LSE管理学生素质怎么样呢？

可是MIM的学校好少。。而且我也蛮担心课程水的问题
我背景和情况和LZ简直一模一样 同国贸 我是NJU的 其实自己也一直蛮想试试咨询的 但是目前咨询实习都没找到呢 都是金融方面的实习。。

you don't have to worry about something that's going to happen for sure. (all MiM are "water" academically)
and a solid / tough program is totally useless for a management master: they just need more time for exchange, business projects, networking, interviews, internships and etc.......but not any academic stuffs.

I understand...but some Mim have finance tracks, which might be some help for students who wants both some academic knowledge and a good school brand...just like me= =

yes......if you count those DCF stuffs as so, but for sure academics wont count that as so.

most MSF wont even go deep in the details, and normally are just bachelor level academically.........of course, that's enough for most general finance job. (reason? simply, just compare a Financial economics bachelor, with a professional pre-experience MSF, no much more is taught)


P.S.1 I guess the most important point there is not "if have a finance track or not", but if there are enough flexibility and availability to have the course one want.......but given general finance are easy, one actually don't need much course in that.
P.S.2 If one really want some solid academic knowledge in finance and good brand name, simple, just go for a good master in financial engineering / financial economics, forgot about MiM. unless one is superman, it is next to impossible to have a solid program, and all those networking and business projects together.

Many thanks! ! your suggestions are of great help!! I am not finance major. My major is international economics and trade, more close to economics...I just want to learn some financial knowledge, which are not so academic and quant.I am also interested in consulting but haven't tried any consulting intern.  I am still trying different types of jobs for   a more clear career path.

I searched for financial economics, not so many schools have fin&econ program...what do you think of  economics?such as  duke econ and nyu econ? I dont know if I should apply for these econ programs...the school brand is really attractive but I did want to study more finance and accounting knowledge rather than traditional economics....
