monumental要改为monument,可是be dedicated to commemorate没有错吗？不是be dedicated to doing吗？

考并列结构，所以or后面也应该是短语形式，而不应该是个句子，所以改为being tricked

monumental要改为monument,可是be dedicated to commemorate没有错吗？不是be dedicated to doing吗？

这个句子是在考查并列结构，所以monumental是明显的错误。关于dedicate to，主动的时候直接跟宾语，被动的时候变成加不定式，是对的。
