不好意思，我乱讲一下：

A中which已经是to的宾语了，不可能是从句主语，主语不是E，S，and I words 还能是谁，总不能说定语从句里面没有主语了吧，所以A只能看做是倒装了，虽然这里倒装的有点莫名奇妙。

If french is subject, the clause should be started with that:

French that has .... rather than French to which has...

意思是added插入到了French和to which之间，或者是added和is之间被to which隔开了？

也盼明人指点！

從gramma 的解度 : 要把這個變回 原形.. 要加 "it"

而且 ,   不是 FRENCH 比人ADD .. 而係 english , spanish , and Italian  比人add 入去French

所以  A IS WRONG
