Then I can not compare. I know Seattle has lost  some good guysover recent years, so in terms of academics, Carlson may be better. Butthink about the location: seattle is far better than minn, and you needto live there for 5 years! If you finally decide to go to industry,seattle also has more opportunities. So it all depends on yourpreference: if you definitely want an academic job and don't care muchabout living conditions, go to Minn. Otherwise go to Seattle. BTW, areyou on three wait list or not? If you've got fisher, just go for it.End of the story. ^_^

In terms of MBA, fisher and seattle are about the same in finance andminnesota a bit worse. But in terms of finance phd, fisher can beranked 9-12 while minn can be ranked 18-21 and Seattle maybe 21-25. Sowhat do you choose? BTW, Columbus should be a viable place, no worsethan minneapolis!
