中国学生就业怎么样?location?company?
Sorry, I have to reply in English because computers in our IT lab are not equipped with Chinese language software.
There're three Chinese students in our class. One student will go back to his original company and it was his plan. The other student will go to Germany to do an exchange program. Because she doesn't want to work in Budapest in future so she didn't look for jobs here. I did get opportunities to work for Morgan Stanley/CiTi bank but I decided to do a PhD in Finance in the Netherlands.
My opinion of how much the school can help you find a job is the following:
There're work opportunities in Budapest because some multinational companies move their middle/back office into this region (because of cost saving reason). And also there're some Chinese companies here (Huawei, ZTE, Bank of China, etc...) as Hungary and China are in good relationship. CEU has good reputation and alumni network in this region. So for students who decide to live in this region, I would strongly recommend the school since it is the best business school in this region.
But if you want to find a job elsewhere, say, in the US, western European countries, or even China, and you need a big name to back you up, then it's a different story. The school is not very well recognized in these countries (partly because of the small size of the program, partly because of the location and the young history, and some other factors). The global ranking of CEU is not high.
If you already had good working and education record in your CV, it's great to have one-year experience here. Budapest is well connected to the rest of the EU and it's easy to travel around; living cost is low; the Hungarian wine is perfect but cheap; the weather is good; and the last but not the least, the air is good!
Hope I have answered your question properly. |
