I can not focus on listenning section. I can follow the dialogue, but I can't think about it at the same time. I feel sleepy when I hear of it. What's wrong with me????

re 大约就是紧张了 放轻松 反正你能听懂就是了 听力又不需要你思考很深

还有看你看着什么的时候最能集中注意力 不过 考试的时候不用想我是不是又走神了，如果想那个可就真的是走神了。去听就是了。听听他们在说啥，然后看看问啥，回答了就是了。不要想考试考试，该听的时候听 ， 该打勾的时候打勾，该proceed的时候proceed就是了。
