根据朗漫得解释concern做动词是不能用被动得,所以这里应该是形容词concerned
修饰主语既然是形容词就是强调一种状态,而concerning是分词,强调动作.
分词修饰得用法如下
1.在句首表达得动作在主句谓语动词之前已完成,og44
2.如果是瞬间动词得分词形式,表示动作得多次性,比如knocking the door就是一直不停地敲门
3.如果是延续性动词则强调笼统的时间概念客观性
4.与形容词比更强调动作
所以我觉得这里不能改为concerning
