楼上，be credited to和be credited with完全是两个意思，一个表原因、一个表认为，不能在这里互换啦。

dashasha，此处用完成时是因为这个状态一直延续到现在。早在2650B.C，埃及人就pioneer了，一朝pioneer，永远pioneer，呵呵，不可能后来出现的反而打破了埃及人的pioneer啊。这个具体的时间只是表示从那个时候开始pioneer罢了，可以看做是since 2650...

1.贷记（学过会计的朋友应该懂吧）
   The cheque has been credited to your account.
   For some reason my account's been credited with an extra $76.

2.认为有某种性质或已经做了某种有益的事情     credit somebody with (doing) something
   Do credit me with a little intelligence!
   Evans is credited with inventing the system.  

3.归因于  be credited to somebody/something
   Much of Manchester United's success can be credited to their manager.

4.相信  difficult/hard/impossible etc to credit
   We found his statement hard to credit.

大家看第二条，解释中都说了是已经做过的某些有益的事情，我想一般情况下都应该用 having done吧，不知道有没有人遇到过需要在 doning 与 having done之间选择的情况？

兼问一个傻问题。不知道为什么感觉as long ago as 2650BC 怪怪的，是如何省略的呢？ 我怎么感觉要用 as long as 2650BC ago ， 请大家指点，多谢了。

as long as是只要的意思, 表示一种条件了, 用在这里不符合句意, as long ago as才表示一种时间上面的对等比较.

如果理解为long ago相当于since的话,那么就很好理解了

但是对于E选项,偶有点不太明白,请NN指教

my understanding:

动名词表示的动作在主句动作之前, 用动名词的完成时, 可以和一般过去时时间状语连用.

但是, 当主句动词是完成时的时候, 需与表完成时的时间状语连用,不能和一般过去时时间状语连用.

Dashasha的问题还没有很好地解决，虽然携隐的说法有点道理，但就as long ago as的理解显然sam的理解更好，哪位有更具体的例证来支持携隐的说法，或者其他解释？
