还有, 答案C里怎么可以用逗号, 而且还是用and连接的, 同一主语.

我也不明白，用排除法选c没有问题。 但是c为什么最后用she has? she has lived in England and Canada, and first came to the United States in 1961 to study at the Iowa Writers' Workshop. 平行吗？

有大牛路过救救我吧，实在想不通。

ETS对于平行的界定里面不针对时态，也就是说一句话可以前后时态不统一，把握大语法点。
