Minnesota: full tuition waiver ($55000)
Michigan: admission yet no money

Regarding M&M options, the biggest reason for choosing Michigan is that a better ranking school (especially top 10 vs. 20th) makes a huge difference in terms of landing a good job!!! For example, my company, XXXX(a Fortune500 company), is in Minneapolis, but it doesn't hire any MBAs from U of Minnesota for marketing or finance jobs. Simply a lot of top companies only go to top schools to recruit. In a getting better economy, the situation might improve, but job hunting is always a little difficult for international students.
Most of the 2-year MBA is about securing jobs, first summer internship, then full time. For longer term and practical consideration, a better ranking school is a better choice, despite the short term financial disadvantage.
