[求助]TWE109 今日力作,敬请NN过目!

TWE109

When people move to another country, some of them decide to follow the customs of the new country. Others prefer to keep their own customs. Compare these two choices. Which one do you prefer? Support your answer with specific details.

Depending on respective experience, personality type and life style, we find that some people hold the idea of following the customs of the new country while others prefer to keep their own customs, when people move to another country. As far as I am concerned, it is more advisable to choose the former one, and I will elaborate my point of view as follows.

First and foremost, the reason for my propensity to follow the customs of the new country is propitious to find a job and make a living. There is a famouse proverb that saying, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. As a newcomer to a place, you should try your best to adapt the environment and surpass the most large barrier—culture gap. Especially a boss ask you whether you have the local experiences, you had better show him or her any participation which you had gone through, such as being an volunteer, enlisting a certain donation, or joining some co-op work and so on. Even if you just attend a typical parade or as an audience, which would also help you to have such a local experience. So you may have a little more opportunities than the one who just know nothing about there.

A further reason is that you can make more friends through the activities that you took part in. Any chance is comparatively precious for a stranger to a new area, particularly when you settle down the place with no other families, relatives and previous friends. However, if you decide to drop by ESL or LINC, the special institutes for newcomers to improve the local language, anything will be different. Not only can you meet some fresh friends who come from anywhere throughout the world, but also coincidently you maybe obtain the opportunity to make a plan for your own business with someone having the similar ambition with you.

Admittedly, to keep our own customs is also necessary, from which we can keep connection with our families and old friends for any long time. But it is indispensable for us to trace the manners or habits of the new country even if we merely hope to avoid some bother around you.

In the last analysis, taking into account of all the reasons presented above, it is not difficult for us to reach the conclusion that following the customs of the new country is nearly such an important liability, otherwise you can not adapt well to the local life.

写的时候,要卡时间,然后,

写完,自己先修改,
