那如果就因为in wheat和in quality比较,就能说rice protein contains wheat,是不是也可以说rice protein contains quality?
但看看这个帖中的讨论是说 in quality 和 in wheat错误比较 也就是说 rice protein is higher in quality [在质量方面] than rice protein(it) is (high) in wheat [在麦方面]. 所以, Rice protein contains quality 和 Rice protein contains wheat.
所以, 我认为ETS这边只是要指出 in quality 和 in wheat错误比较, 造成句意的错误 应该是不会有contain quality这种表达方式 quality当名词,依Cambridge字典查来的习惯表达是 …of high/low quality. The quality of..或top-quality(复合名词)等用法
Whatever the level of processing, consumers also want products with flavour that contain quality and nutritious ingredients.
The website contains lot of quality content…
Cambridge:

2 a high standard: He's not interested in quality. All he cares about is making money.
quality adjective [before noun] of a high standard: This is a quality product. MAINLY UK The story received little coverage in the quality papers (= more serious newspapers).
