Is it important for students to attend class regularly or study by oneself? Explain why.
观点1：attend school regularly
1)schooling will be a better choice when we are not familiar with how to study and what to learn. Teachers can give us a quiet（quite） good methodology to prevent us from going astray.
2)we need to study with other people in order to be more self-discipline and acquire information from more sources(resources)

观点2：study by oneself
1)it's a perfect way for us to be more independent and thoughtful. Because we need to do some research and find resources to study by ourselves.
2)studying with other people when we attend the class can be really disturbing. We can not avoid noises from chewing or discussing. And some stupid questions from other students waste our learning time.

1.Moviesand televisions should always show audience good people are being rewarded andbad people are being punished.

托福作文第三篇。这篇文章耗时28分钟，最后2分钟修改了第一段的几个单词。但是单词还是写错很多==

思路：1）综述 2）让步，承认电影和电视宣扬正义者有好结果的好处。 3）认为人性是多面的，并不能以偏概全。举例：美剧GOSSIP GIRL里面的一号女主Serena的故事。4）认为电影不该千篇一律，我们喜欢看电视电影是因为可以看别人的精彩生活。而这些是我们无法亲身经历的。举例：很多电影分别代表了生活的不同方面。5）结尾。把上面3段的中心思想简单概括了一下。

单词用法错误：refute –reject; sorrowful—tragical;

单词拼写：influence,propagation,justicial,sacrifice,gorgeous,heroes,Titanic

字数：约460字

Movies and televisions have vital influnence（influence）on the daily propogation(propagation)in modern society, they are so compelling and amusing to express how colorfulthe life is. And many stories in movies and televisions always concentrate on 2parties that one is justical（justicial）and another is opposite to the former. The stories always suggest that kindpeople who help others and sacrifise(sacrifice)their own happiness in order to protect their hometown, country and lovershould have a happy ending. On the other hand, evil parties should be publishedand have a tragical ending. Actually, I donot agree with that. In terms of the diversity, if every story tells us thesame story, would anyone want to watch the TV programs or go to the film?

Regardless of diversity, anyway, it is anexcellent way to propogate(propagate)something justical(justicial).Maybe the evil party can be frightened into being kind person. And the childrenwho watch these may have the ability to distinguish the good one from manypeople.

However, there are many sides of humanism,sometimes the bad and good characteristics can be shown on the same person. Forexample, Serena, who is the IT girl in the American series- Gossip Girl, is gogeous(gorgeous)and stays loyal to her friends. She is always by her best friend- Blair- sideand waits to help her deal with some grave issue. But, she has done somethingreally immoral to Blair, such as telling lies to Blair and stealing her diarieswith posting to gossip girl. Their friendship has broken due to Serena's badhabits many times, but they always can overcome it. I love this girl notbecause she is  beautiful,kind, and outstanding, but because she is so real.  Everybodyhas the goodness and badness so that Mr. Perfect can not ever be found in thereal world.

Last but not least, if we have to watchprograms and movies with same plot everyday, I believe that theatres and TVcompanies must be rejected and loss their customer base for ever. We likewatching fascinating stories because it gives us a valuable chance toexperience other kind of life. We feel encouraged and refreshed when we watchThe Life of Pi. We feel so excited and want to go into the magic world withHarry Potter. And we may be moved and dream about our own princess and princeafter the Tatanic(Titanic)has been shown on the theatre or TV screen. Nobody wants to be dominated by theadvertising of justice and evil.

After all, developing specialcharacteristics of human always inspires the enthusiasm of audience. The TVprograms and films can take many kind of stories suchas romantic stories and legends of heros(heroes) ontheir screens to attract different people with different aspects of demand.

题目：Do you agree or disagree:Improving schools is the most important factor in successful development of country.

第一篇，耗时50分钟。字数380.
As the education becomes increasingly vital for the country in the whole world to be more competive to the counterparts, improving schools can be a compelling choice to develop successfully in the fierce competition. Some countries take it to be the most significant factor and just not pay enough attention to others which can overwhelm the education for themselves. Actually, on the one hand, there are so many factors , such as economy, policy, and culture,which affect the development of country. On the other hand, improving school can not virtually have direct influence on the education and then on the successful development of country.

For my perspective, the first important factor that should be taken into consideration must be the economy. If the factories and markets are not developed into a high stage, the desire to improve schools of the country  loses the foundation and can not be absolutely successful, let alone the development of the whole country. Without the development of economy, the schools will not be funded with enough capital and there will not be facilities and money for research. In addition,laking of economic increase, the progression of country can not be sequence.
The school actually can not just be established for a few decade and later destroyed because of the lack of funds.

On the other hand, improving school is not equal to improving education which is really a crucial factor to the power of country. Improving school seems just adding some  advanced facilities, hiring many excellent secretaries and engineers for easing the process of enroll, and providing the splendid buildings for taking classes. But, to some extent,
hiring more standout teachers and improving the ability to do some research should be the most efficient way to improve education. Regardless of whether the equipment and environment are high-level, the quality of teaching and researching can be more advantageous for improving schools.

As far as I am concerned, improving school is a good way to promote the learning ambiance and help students to concentrate on the study. But it can not take to be the most important factor in development of countries. The progress will not take place other than the collective advance in the economic, political, cultural and educational aspects.

2. Do you agree or disagree:Younger school children should be required to study art and music in addition to math, science, history and language.(10:56-11:28)

Younger school children are the most vital generation for a country to pay attention to. The elaborate ideas should be taken to design not only the duration of study but also better curriculum. Some people agree that the math, science, history and language which are the traditional essential lessons should be concentrated on by younger children. And in this case, students have no extra time to study other lessons, such as painting, singing and instrument. However, their counterparts claim that to study the art and music is required to help younger children broaden their horizens and  perspective. I, actually, agree with the later opinion. Not only because of the view, but also because of the scientific functions of those lessons.

First of all, with the increasing competition, the younger children have to study as early as possible. Even under the age of ten, they have to be sent to many learning class rather than their school to higher their stage and wisdom. Remidiation is more and more popular and expensive in the recent decades. Students who take art and music classes can be more relax and free from pressure of their peer. They can take participate with their competitors to enjoy the music appreciation and draw some pictures together. Actually, the childhood should be the period of amusement and relaxation. The school has the responsibility to protect the younger children to grow up with pleasent while provide the advanced studing environment and equipment.

Secondly, learning art and music can develop both sides of children's brain. The art and music lessons are totally different with the science, math or history, the former focus on the right side while the latter focus on the left one. In addition, because of learning more personal and emotional knowledge, the expression and cognition of the whole world can be developed. In fact, adding the music and art to curriculum can be an efficient way to improve the wisdom of children and generally improve their behavior in other lessons. Sometimes, the students who are not that good in science can behavior excellently in the art. Their confidence can be established in this way. Someone who feels good always has the ability to promote their interest to other aspects of study. What's more, knowledge can sometimes be analogous. The students who figure out some art purpose or music meaning may also work out the science or math problem.

Taking the traditional lessons into consideration, students who have taken too many years and too much time on those may feel very boring and terrible. It's a such horrible way to encourage the enthusiasm on study. Take myself as a typical example, I have focused on the math problem for a whole afternoon and it makes me feel tired. I can not help myself distract from the paper. Then I go to my dorm to take out my violin and choose one of my favorite music to play. Taking one hour or more, I am absolutely relaxed and refreshed. Then maybe I can focus on the math problem better.

The traditional lessons such as math, history and language are utter cruicial for the younger children. But, to some extent, the adding of music and art can assist in learning especially for the development of wisdom and establishment of amused childhood. So for the sake of younger children, they should be requied to study art and music.

嘻嘻~~tina真赞~你也可以把作文贴过来嘛~~

嗯，其实我不是很擅长举例子~每次一举例子我就会把句子写的很简单白话~然后我就……不知道该怎么写下去了……
serena那个例子不知道举得恰不恰当……反正暂且这么写吧~
我试了一下，觉得那些30分钟能打550都是看到那个题目就知道怎么写，完全不用再字斟句酌的那种。
我第三篇580的就是那样，一看到题目，马上几个观点全出来了，狂写一通。
但是错误挺多的，特别是我背单词留下来很多弊端。记不准。用法不对什么的~~

坚持练练我们俩应该都会有进步~对了有一个CDer说要我微信……==不知道该不该给……

而且好多用词都是我认识但是写作文却想不到的。。
要是改掉单词拼写错误就更好了 ...

然后我觉得你说有些词你认识但是想不到，有一个好办法就是看跟你水平差不多的人的文章。
你会发现词汇量一样的情况下，人家会用的ACTIVE WORDS~~这样更容易记住。
但是去看一些大牛的文章就会觉得哎呀这个程度自己达不到，即使看到他的用词，也不会想去写到自己作文里~！你觉得捏~~
所以我觉得我看你的作文也会有同样的感觉~~然后也容易吸收更多active words~~喵~~po作文~~！

TPO18 综写 耗时16min 字数：244

The reading passage give us 3 options , reestablishing, moving to an totally different location or preserving in a research filed, to deal with the decline and extinction of Torreya which is a type of evergreen tree in the state of Florida. However, this argument is strongly questioned by the professor.

The lecture goes against that reestablishing Torreya in the same location will not be successful because of 2 factors. One is global warming which makes the temperature higher than before in the global span. Another is drained wetland. Those factors make the global climate drier so that the original microclimate of Torreya can not be sustained anymore. In this way, the first solution fails.

The professor also casts doubt on the second option and gives a example that human have helped the Black locals tree to survive. The Black locals tree spreaded quickly at first and killed off other plants and trees which were almost extincted in the same location. This way can sometimes lead to unexpected consequence or even cause a more disastrous effect to environment.

In the final analysis, the professor states that preserving Torreya in research centers will not help. Torreya needs to grow up in a spacious place with a large population. Because the population , which means it has large number and enough genetic diversity, can help itself resist the disease. If it is moved into a confined space, for example the research center, the limited capacity will lead Torreya into death.

The reading passage doubted the accuracy of Chevalier's memoir and gave 3 details to support its statement, the loan from a Swiss merchant, the conversation between himself and Voltaire and his escape from Venice prison. However, this statement is strongly questioned by the lecture which provides drastically different evidences and argues that the overall memoir is accurate and it is definetely reliable historical sourse.

At the very beginning, the professor casts doubt on the fact that Chevalier borrowed money from a Swiss merchant because he was not as rich as he said. He had spent a great amount of money and maybe just use it up. So he needed some money to survive when he was waiting for transfering his assets into a sum of money. That was why he asked for a loan.

Then, the professor states that he could remember the exact words of the conversation with the famous writer Voltaire because he kept notes each night after talking and he always attempted to remember everything about the communication. What's more, some vitnesses who lived with him confirmed the fact that Chevalier did be accustomed to making notes.

In the final analysis, the statement that Chevalier escaping from prison was not credible is doubted by the professor again. The professor gives an evidence that old Venice document noted that the ceiling of that prison had been repaired after the escaping of Chevalier. Taking into consideration that if nobody had escaped from prison, why did the prison need to repair its ceiling? So the memoir can be believed in not only because of those evidences but also because of the rational inference.

1.Teachers should not assign homework for students every day.

as everybody knows, education becomes increasingly essential for the development of a country which attempts to be more competitive and powerful in the whole world. Teacher, whose methodology we should pay enough attention to, is one of the most vital factors that have great influence on the education. In terms of assigning homework for students, there is a principal reason for agreeing with the statement that more assignment is not equal to a better quality of education and there are many things for students to focus on.

1)让步段（先说teacher should assign homework for students）
supporting ideas: homework can help teacher figure out how well a student learn and what are his problems. then teachers can pinpoint those issues to improve their student-oriented methodology in order to  teach students in accordance of their aptitude.

2）but not everyday. first reason: more assignment is not equivalent to better education.  

3) students should concentrate on their study in a variety of aspects, such as assignment, group projects, seminar and workshops. assignment is one of vehicles to imrpove students ability but not the only or the best one.
