I regret having to write that the University of Connecticut Graduate School has not recommended your acceptance into the Business Administration (PhD).  While your application presented many strong points,  there are enrollment limits regarding the number of new students we can accommodate. Thus, we are unable to extend an offer of admission for this reason. We do wish you every success in finding a program that suits your needs and thank you for having considered the University of Connecticut for your graduate degree.

1月份submit，2月份ddl，2月中旬开始审，期间一直没有消息（面试、shortlist等），早上一开邮箱通知我decision made就知道杯具了
通常rej就是这么个节奏，供大家参考
还有5家北美学校，估计是连拒
最后祝愿大家都有满意的结果
