求教analytical skills的 example 怎么写

推荐信里面 要求写 analytical skills 很强的 具体事例。例子我都想好了，不过想听听大家的意见。 一般要怎么样的例子才能很好体现analytical skills呢， 然后，具体的事例，需要具体到什么样的地步，需要写出reasoning processe么。 感觉直接说例子，然后就说结果证明 分析的很对，给人一种以偏概全，说明不充分的感觉。而写 reasoning process，又觉得 篇幅太长 不简洁。 忘大家赐教。

The most important thing in this type of question is to choose a good example that will PROVE your analytical skills. Ideally you want to choose the example which has the best results. So for example if you worked on a  project, where your analytical skills "led the company to make the best investment of the decade bringing in 100 million dollars" then that is GREAT and CONCRETE and specific! It's only an example, but whatever example you DO use, it should have something concrete to it too.
