UT Austin 的MSF 要求必须递交TOEFL成绩....
如果在美国读本科，当时已经有TOEFL才能上学。而在美上学期间，真不知谁还会再去考TOEFL，除非实在闲得无聊。
麻省、哈佛也没这样的无理要求！

UT Austin MSF must submit a TOEFL score ....
If I am an undergraduate in the United States, at that time I already had a good TOEFL score to go to school. But in America four years, I really do not know who would go to test the TOEFL, unless he was very bored.
Mit, Harvard is no such unreasonable demands! Have been very fond of UT Austin, but  this school  advocate unreasonable demands, it is very disappointing ......

楼主可以和学校反映情况啊。一般只要证明是英语教学4年，就可以免托福。

专业会计硕士（硕士）课程和外语教育（硕士和博士），对拥有美国机构或其他英语国家学士学位而非英语系国家的申请人 ，不放弃托福或雅思要求。
The Master in Professional Accounting (MPA) program and the Foreign Language Education program (M.A. and PhD) do not waive the TOEFL or IELTS requirement
for non-native English speaking applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. institution or other English-only speaking country.

MSF也一样。

我也看到了  真气人  而且他的FINANCE PHD都不用托福   MASTER用啥啊用
