Describe the general situation, your specific role, your actions and the outcome.

思路一，可以写leadership，虽然有个怎么怎么样的刺头不合作，很不爽，但是还是怎么怎么样调动了他的积极性，最终完成了任务，达成了。。。
思路二，可以先ethic dilemma，虽然这个任务怎么怎么和你的价值观冲突，然后你怎么做，然后坚守了你的道德底线

具体哪种思路，一是看你其他essay写的是什么主题，二是看学校的program比较强调那个方面

Hey there my friend, happy to offer up some guidance here.  The way that we look at ALL essays is not on a one by one basis.  It is instead as a whole.  What do we mean?  Well…well you need to tell your GREATEST HITS in your application.  The best stories that you have.  It doesn’t actually matter what they ask you.  Why?  Because no matter what the questions are, you will need to tell the stories that make you look the best.  So you would look at this question just like any other—figure out which stories in your background the OTHER essay question haven’t yet covered in this app, and then tell the one story that you have LEFT to tell.  Change the last ten or twenty percent of it to fit the story—but you need to tell the BEST STORIES you have.  No matter what the actual questions are.  J  Hope this helps, and good luck!
