A 原因是比较不发生在主句中，而句子后半部分明显是对proportion进行比较的，比较的是电视费用占竞选费用的比例。 然后，proportion是个抽象的名次，跟地震那个不一样，地震是个实体名次才会有出现在不同时间地点而有歧义。这里更象economy cost这类的词。但由于时间不同，补出was以清晰化。下面是prep的一个题，可以体会一下这种补出。 27.
