For job searching.... well I think it depends on individual situation. Most Chinese students in our program have no problem finding an HR job here. Of course they are very niubility hahaha...

Living cost? Similar to Chicago. Pretty high.... but you know now CAD is much cheaper than USD... so probably it's cheaper here.

I got my Permanent Resident here in Canada. It's easier to get PR here than in the U.S.
