My friend who graduated from Cornell's 2-year MBA program has not found a job yet. He has an undergrad degree in a top university in Canada and 3 years of work experience in one of the big insurance companies in Canada. He got a 700 Gmat. He tells me many international students in Johnson are not able to find the jobs they want this year. He wants to work in IBank but has no offer yet. I went to a Cornell info session and ask Christine E. Sneva who's an Assistant Admission Director about this. She said even international students with IBank experience are having some hard time securing an IBank jobs because of government or whatever other reasons, and foreign students in other universities are facing a similar problems too. I don't know whether what shes said is true. She's not passionate in answering this question although she answered my other questions with great details. |
