【求助】浙大小本，求建议

各位好，我是学工科的，在校没接触过什么金融业的东西，找工作的时候开始接触金融业，对VC和PE都很感兴趣，但是面试的时候均被劝退，因为专业和背景太差，最终选择了国内一家通讯设备商(HW)，做销售工程师，请问未来三年如果要申MBA的话我大概需要在工作的时候注意什么？按照这样的悲剧大概能申到什么样的学校呢？万分感谢

ZJU engineer rocks! :-).

I graduated from ZJU with engineer major, and get in Wharton this year. I also have two classmates graduated from HBS and Wharton respectively.  To be frank with you, all three of us have so-so GPA, GMAT, and have no business sense before B-school. But we have great excurriculums and leadership experience, and that may be the reason we get in.

In your current work, I would suggest you to take more leadership responsibility, or initiate certain project and deliver the outcome. Or if you have opportunity to work abroad for HW, even in some poor countries, just push yourself for it. Such experience would give you enormous advantage when you apply for B-school.
