Questions are as following. Most of them are quite standard, i will highlight those questions I think unique. 1. Introduce your career progress 2. What leadership style your prefer and what is your leadership style? 3. What did you learn from (one of my projects listed in CV) 4. What is the most challenging experience of your job? (project related or non project related) 5. What is your strengths and weaknesses 6. Why did you give up the promotion opportunity and decided to go to b-school? and why kellogg? 7. What is the weakness of your candidacy for kellogg and how did you address it in your application package 8. How can you contribute to Kellogg? What is your uniqueness? 9. How many b-shools did you apply this year? 10. What is your GMAT score and tofel score? Totally 35 minutes. I guess I spoke too fast, which is always my communication development needs. And some questions were not well thought over before I delivered the messages, so a bit superficial and thus cost less time. Hope this helps. |
