MBA or Master

前面大概说过，本人金融专业，HR从业经验5年，C&B方向。

朋友们建议读MBA，可是觉得自己的经验没那么丰富，还是想Master。

大虾们给点建议吧，犹豫中。

其实，第一想真的学到点东西，又不会被别人拉着，很累

我也是HR的工作背景，原来因为想念MBA考了GMAT，考完之后我就决定还是念一个Master了。

觉得MBA并不适合我，无论怎样，选择适合自己的最重要，可是知道什么是适合自己的不是一件简单的事情。

Based on your working experience，5 years is longer enough for both MBA and Master.

The most important thing is that you have to choose the best program that match your needs.

I do suggest you to try MBA since this degree has better opportunity for jobs seeking.

I think the most importment things is what you want to do after graduation.If you want to continnue HR job then go to master,if you want to change your career then go to MBA

But I have the following concerns if I go to Master

1. Is it possible to get inteen and job change after Master course?

2. Is it more hard to complete a Master course or a MBA course?

去学MBA吧。MBA第一年全是基础课，第二年开始选方向。你到那个时候可以选finance专业，也可以去学HR，灵活性比较强。而且这样在毕业找工作的时候不用被某个专业拴死，机会也多些。

到了美国之后，你的很多想法会随着时间改变的。也许最后你走的方向和当初是完全没有关系的。所以把决定权留给明天，给自己多一些选择不是更好吗？
