郁闷。 USC不能免toefl

我今天才发现USC写的是All applicants who earned undergraduate degrees in a non-English speaking country are required to submit their scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

写信去问，被告知要考。

那个郁闷呀。。。。。几年前就考过了，还考.而且也来不及了。

有北美硕士申请USC免toefl的经历吗？

很多学校好像都以本科学校的教学语言为准。

Official TOEFL score report (*Only international students required to take the TOEFL must submit scores). The ETS code for the USC Marshall School of Business is 4852.

在USC网上看到这段话，好像是所有国际学生都必须考托福。在美国有绿卡的话（即永久居民），就不必考了，是吧？

TOEFL: Test of English as a Foreign Language. If your native language is not English, or if you graduated from a college or university where the language of instruction was not English, you are required to submit your scores from the TOEFL, Educational Testing Service (ETS). An official score report must be forwarded to USC by the testing agency. The TOEFL school code for the Marshall MBA Program is 4852. According to university policy, TOEFL exam cannot be waived.

没时间考了，问了几所学校能否免TOEFL，还在等结论，不过好像很有可能就是申请材料要多出来一个REQUEST的信。

再次确认，不能免TOEFL。由此可见USC制度比较僵化，只好放弃了。
