You may be able to get through the self-reported transcript step and submit your application but will probably run into trouble when they run the background check after you receive your admissions offer.  Don't put anything that can be proven false on your application.

What about an executive education program with a less rigorious requirement on your formal education and has a more flexible schedule so you can keep your job?  You can get alumni status from the school with some of the programs.  For example:

It's about the fit and where you'd get more out of the experience.  I think you'll have an easier time finding people with similar level of experience, network, and business insight at the emba programs.  You'll meet lots of people who are already far up the corporate ladder or well established in their own ways, who are ambitious enough to make time for advanced study but are important enough who can't step away from their work.  Company sponsorship is also available to regular MBA students and the difficulty of admissions should be comparable, maybe slightly different in your case but this isn't about the admissions but the learning experience, right?
