You don't exactly supervise your customers, do you?  You can count the contractors but that's about it.

Usually it refers to "direct supervision"  (I think).

Your clients don't even belong to indirect/dotted line supervision.

Oh, if you mean contractual positions in your company, I think you can count them in.

与我公司签合同的客户是由我管理的,他们的市场行为要受合同条款的约束和我公司的指引,这种约束和指引是由我来实现的.对他们的奖罚也是由我决定的,我对合同客户的经营活动有直接的重要影响.这些算不算contractual positions, or exactly direct supervision?

他们的市场行为受我管理,如:进货的定价,提货,广告方案和售后服务的安排,都经由我指引和签字确定才能进行,基本上内容都是我定.这些算不算他们的daily activities呢?如果说他们公司内部的管理如员工职能安排,上班考勤,发放员工工资那些我是不用管的,我当然只管自己公司里面的.这种对其他公司的管理怎么算,晕菜.

You can say that you supervise their pricing, marketing strategy, and postsale process.  Doesn't sound like you supervise anyone there though.

it means your direct reports, people who report to you and have a reporting line relationship with you, whose development, promotion, performance evaluation are under your management.

customers don't count.

If I were you, I won't count them in.

According to your description, they are your clients not your subordinates. Your clients and you belong to two different companies. They are not listed on your company's payroll.
