无聊的时候写了篇文章，希望各位指点。

　　Some people think that your community would be a good place to locate the university. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of establishing a new university in your community. Use specific details in your discussion.

No more controversial issue would arise in our community in that an university is planned to be established in the future. Certainly, the argument still focuses on both sides of the coin, the advantage and the disadvantage of the feasibility of this plan.

University, as its notion indicates, is kind of educational organization both providing tuitions and job opportunities. Thus, on one hand, the students in our community will greatly share this benefit in the aspect of their present and future education. On the other hand, concerning the unemployment condition, it’s not hard to conclude that the foundation of the university will ascribe to the decline of the unemployment rate to some extent. Therefore, as the proverb 'Killing two birds with one stone' goes, the advent of this new university perhaps not only solves the local problems but also bestows its benefits on the students.

In addition, as education has become more and more like a social industry nowadays, the local economic condition may also improve in a sense. As the student education charges huge sums of money, building up a strong and consistent income influx, local tight budget will probably relatively be relieved and governmental facility improvement might be highly motivated.

However, the by-product of the university should not be overlooked. As more and more students take interest in the university, the local population might largely increase, leading to social chaos and complexity of governmental organization. Specifically, this move is very likely to affect the present social safety as more people swarm into our community. Likewise, the government has to spare more money on such stipulation to keep the community well-organized, and no one would know how much  will be spent in this way. Also, the quality of education in the university, school violence, student discriminations ,etc , such potential problems should not be rule out when the feasibility of the university is concerned either. Hence, the dark side of this project is still worth experts’ discreet consideration.

To conclude, the final effect of the university will merely be justified until its completeness. Nevertheless, those important factors ought to be put into priority before the actual construction. Nothing turns out to be perfect or absolute correct, but at least, a hasty conclusion will harm the community while a careful one gives better answers.
