Day 62
1. 错选C grammatical construction
strange for sb.感觉读起来有点奇怪,当时直接排掉了AD(这里是错误的!strange for 和strange that的表达都是正确的区别在于strange that是从句结构需要整个clause,而strange for只需要一个phrase,不需要动词)
B和E的that+to be working on/be working on是不正确的,排除
C的who is 72和the legendary print不平行一个是从句一个是noun phrase结构不优

A not that but because结构不平行
B not because but because结构完美语义通顺
C is that not because结构不优
D because of, not because结构不平行

A的 is a rare critic of the company 和betting its stock不平行
B的 is和has been added也不正确

B there was Canada接上it指代不清 (没有指代不清的问题!而是before there is 没有修饰in the minds of many Europeans, 而是修饰了后面的it was a vast wilderness)

A/B/C(the weight vs. fifty years ago)
D: fifteen percent more..than这个比较形式是错误的

C had been frightening被frigntened不对?(这里不算错误),错误点在formed a government that include 主谓不一致绝对错误,另外has formed同A也是绝对错误
E formed to unite and to guide这里语义改变了 另外用破折号补充includes后面的部分并不需要and

E这里keeping compromising修饰的是is an underappreciated从句,后面接provides没有and连接词也是错的
