小稻米冲上岸了吗

刚做完的题目，趁新鲜赶紧来积攒RP。个人感觉Video essay题库没有那么大，都是CD上的，有一个小伙伴跟我的题目几乎一模一样，大家好好准备自己的实操经验的case的叙述很重要。
Video essay:

1. my career aspiration, why DeGroot?

2 . Share a challenging situation working with a diverse group of individuals (i.e. age, gender, culture, and ethnicity). What was the challenge, and what did you do to address it?

3. Tell us about your proudest accomplishment. More specifically, describe a project or activity that you led, and how did your leadership result in a positive impact on the business, organization or broader community.

4 . Share with us your most proud achievement as it relates to volunteer work or community engagement. What was your role, what did you do and what were the outcomes?

Written essay:
Provide a recent example where you exercised poor judgment, as we all do from time to time. What was the nature of the situation? Why did you consider this poor judgment in this case? What did you learn from the situation?

基本就是问到了成功和失败的经历以及团队合作的过往。

个人猜想除了雅思以外其他的资质OK，可能雅思成绩就是最后的conditional offer?

抓紧做吧，今年貌似整个加拿大的报名人数非常多，早点报名早点出结果早点做打算

忘记具体时间怎么分配了，一般30s准备，90秒说吧。
Written也有时间限制，忘记具体时间了。。。5-10分钟差不多吧
