Hello there! First off, you are a lucky guy to have a company offering to sponsor your MBA. Most people would DREAM of that!
Now, I can't tell you which option to take - you gotta make that decision for yourself! And there are so many factors to consider: do you want to go part-time? Do you want to return to your company? What are your career goals? Do you want to take on debt? Can you afford to leave the work force for 2 years? These are the things only YOU can answer.
Buuut here is what I CAN tell you: with 10 years of work experience, it is going to be tough to get into a higher ranked full-time MBA program in the U.S. You're about 5-7 years older than the average full-time MBA student, and it is a challenge to prove a need for an MBA when you're coming in later in your career. It is not impossible, of course, but it's just a challenge you need to be aware of. You will have to have REALLY strong career goals that not only prove you can get a job when you graduate... but also make a clear argument for why you waited until this point in your career to get an MBA.
On the flip side, Kelly is a really great business school, you'll get to go for free, AND you'll be able to continue to make money while you're in school. Those are all really appealing things! Especially since it sounds like you have guaranteed admission. If you like where you work and you want to continue working there, I'd say this is a great option for you.
Hopefully this helps you weigh your options to make a decision!
Best,
