Here are some possible example:

distinction:

10/1/2000 graduated XXX University with (Distinction, Highest Distinction, Cum Laude, or Magna Cum Ladue)

10/2/2000 received XXX Scholar or Award

10/3/2000 finalist or winner for XXX competition, scholarship, award

activities:

10/3/2000 elected president for XXX club

10/4/2000 "employee of the month" for XXX company

10/6/2000 "volunteer of the year" for XXX society,
