答案是A，看了老帖没讨论过B，我觉得CDE把lead换成leading，shelter作为谓语错误很明显吧，但B为什么不对呢。A的until recently的recently是什么词性？可以这样用？

PROBLEM In B: You can't say "during recent times." During has to be an isolated time frame (During the next five years, during the war, etc.). Also, it would set up present perfect tense, not the present tense.
